I can see light at the end of the tunnel. I see relief around the corner. I look forward to some floor mopping and laundry folding in preparation for the end of my shift work. Also, the peace and quiet will be nice.
This long haul has caused me to believe that single parents are wonderparents, and all parents need support systems.
